How to get free, impartial and confidential advice

You should not attend the office if you or anyone you know has displayed symptoms of the Coronavirus within the last 14 days.  If you need support you can phone any of the offices and we will do our best to help.  You can also get advice by emailing or if you feel able you can access lots of useful information at

There is limited face to face advice being delivered from Eyemouth, Duns and Hawick but we continue to be unable to provide a drop in service so you must call your local office to arrange an appointment.

Appointments will only be granted if its not possible to assist with your issue over the phone or by email.

Hawick – 01450 374266
Eyemouth – 018907 50500
Duns – 01361 883 340

Email with details of your name, address, telephone number and a brief overview of your issues and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
