How to get free, impartial and confidential advice

Roxburgh & Berwickshire Citizens Advice covers from Cockburnpath to Newcastleton and everything in between. To support local communities, we have offices located in Eyemouth, Duns, Kelso and Hawick.

We offer a telephone triage service to all before arranging any appointments. Often, an adviser can help resolve the issue there and then, without the need for an appointment so give your local office a call. Where we can't help over the phone we would be more than happy to arrange a suitable date and time for you to attend an office.

If you find yourself in need of emergency advice and support and are unable to contact the bureau by email or phone, you can attend one of the drop-in sessions.

Hawick - Mondays and Thursdays, 10am to 12pm

Eyemouth  - Mondays, 10am to 12pm

Duns - Wednesdays, 10am to 12pm

Kelso  -  Thursdays, 10am to 12pm

Hawick – 01450 374266
Eyemouth – 018907 50500
Duns – 01361 883340
Kelso – 01573 223 516

Email enquiries@roxburghcab.casonline.org.uk with details of your name, address, telephone number and a brief overview of your issues and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
