Employment Rights & Advice Service

The aftermath from the Coronavirus and the impact of Brexit has left many in need of support and advice in respect to complex employment issues.  The four Bureau operating across the South of Scotland have formed a consortium to deliver a project with a twin aim; to support employee’s to enforce their rights and to work with employers to implement the Fair Work in Scotland agenda.

All of our advisers are able to help with basic employment queries like working out your holiday entitlement or raising a grievance so don’t hesitate to call when needed.  Should you employment issue escalate and you need representation, the bureau will make a referral to the Employment Rights & Advice Service on your behalf.  All referral to this service must come through your local bureau in Dumfries & Galloway or the Scottish Borders.
